I started Evergreen Capital with a simple belief: real estate is one of the most powerful tools for building lasting wealth—but too often, the complexities of managing deals, renovations, and market risks keep people from taking advantage of it.
My early career experience working with real estate investment trusts (REITs) focused on commercial properties, provided me with firsthand perspective into how strategic real estate investing could generate consistent returns and long-term value. But I also saw that these opportunities were often reserved for large institutions, leaving individual investors without a clear, accessible path—especially in the residential space.
With a background in business law and public policy, I understood both the financial potential and the structural barriers that prevent many people from leveraging real estate to build generational wealth. That insight shaped the vision for Evergreen Capital: to offer well-researched, professionally managed residential real estate investments that empower partners to grow their wealth—without the stress of managing deals themselves.
